The Dharma Yoga Centre is Moonah’s first dedicated community yoga studio.
Our mission is to bring the wisdom of the East into the demands of a Western lifestyle through practical, accessible practice and clear teachings.
We offer Buddhist Teachings, Meditation and various forms of Yoga & Movement that support physical wellbeing, mental clarity and a compassionate way of living — making traditional eastern wisdom relevant for everyday life.
We have spent the last year restoring and renovating the Moonah Uniting Church to create the Dharma Yoga Centre.
We open in August and we can’t wait to open the doors to this beautiful centre.
Who
we are

“My goal is to make Yoga accessible to everyone! You don’t need any previous experience to join a class at the Dharma Yoga Centre.
The benefit of Yoga is not measured by your skill level, but how it helps you to be a better person in every day life for the people around you.”
